Submission Process

To submit a paper, please visit our Publication page and follow the submission guidelines. You'll need to prepare your manuscript according to our template and submit it through our online submission system along with a cover letter.

We accept manuscripts in Microsoft Word (.doc, .docx) and PDF formats. However, the final accepted version must be provided in editable format (Word document) for typesetting purposes.

There is no submission fee for papers. Publication charges are only applicable once a paper has been accepted. Please see our Publication page for current publication fees and payment methods.

Manuscripts should be prepared using our template available on the Publication page. Generally, papers should include an abstract (150-250 words), keywords, introduction, methodology, results and discussion, conclusion, and references formatted according to IEEE or APA style.

Yes, papers previously presented at conferences may be submitted if they have been substantially revised and expanded (at least 30% new content). The cover letter must clearly state the paper's previous presentation history and explain the significant additions made.

Peer Review Process

Our peer review process is double-blind, meaning both authors and reviewers remain anonymous. Each manuscript is reviewed by at least two experts in the relevant field. The review process typically takes 4-6 weeks from submission to decision.

After review, papers may be: accepted without revision, accepted with minor revisions, accepted with major revisions, or rejected. Authors will receive detailed feedback from reviewers regardless of the decision.

Reviewers are selected based on their expertise in the specific subject area of your submission. Our editorial board maintains a database of qualified reviewers across various specializations to ensure appropriate evaluation of all manuscripts.

Authors may suggest up to three potential reviewers or request exclusion of specific individuals in their cover letter. The editorial board considers these suggestions but maintains full discretion in reviewer selection to ensure unbiased assessment.

Publication

Once accepted, papers are typically published in the next available issue. The time from acceptance to publication usually ranges from 4 to 8 weeks, depending on the publication schedule and any required revisions.
